Wyraźnie jest to operacja psychologiczna prowadzona już od późnych lat 1940, żeby powoli i stopniowo wykorzystywać tę broń dotąd, aż wszystko znajdzie się na swoim miejscu. Manipulowanie społeczeństwem poprzez jego słabe punkty czy wrażliwość. Broń biologiczna to jak złodziej w nocy…

We, the People of this nation can no longer sit back and be silenced about such horrific atrocities.According to the official documentation Tavares presents as evidence on a world-wide scale, an official top-secret document was discovered titled, SILENT WEAPONS FOR QUIET WARS: An Introduction Programming Manual, which is an Operations Research Technical Manual was uncovered by accident on 7/7/86 when a Boeing Aircraft Co. employee purchased a surplus IBM copier and discovered the document inside with detailed plans were hatched in the “embryonic days” of the “Cold War” and calls for total control of the masses including the manipulation by use of the Peoples’ pastime, education, industry, and political leanings. The document is a startling quiet war waged upon humanity and pits one another against each other, while diverting the public’s attention to what is really going on behind the scenes.What is behind the scenes? Total control, enslavement, and genocide on a global scale…According to Tavares’ interpretation of the documents, which is said to have been authenticated by over four technical writers for military intelligence, the plan to depopulate and enslave the world has been a slow and sneaky plan  and has gone unnoticed for years as it has become a programming tool for using silent biological weapons. On page 4 of the Silent Weapons for Silent Wars document, it states, “whenever any person or group of persons in a position of great power and without full knowledge and consent of the public, uses such knowledge and methodologies for economic conquest – it must be understood that a state of domestic warfare exists between said person or group of persons and the public.”  This statement alone should be considered a Declaration of War… without the consent of the People.

There are silent assaults with silent weapons being inflicted upon the nation as well as the world. We see these silent weapons in the present on a large scale including the poisoning of water supplies, air, soil, food, vaccinations, and such…

On page 8 of the document, it states, “When a silent weapon is applied gradually, the public adjusts/adapts to its presence and learns to tolerate its encroachment on their lives until the pressure (psychological via economic) becomes too great and they crack up. Therefore, the silent weapon is a type of biological warfare. It attacks the vitality, options, and mobility of the individuals of a society by knowing, understanding, manipulating, and attacking their sources of natural and social energy, and their physical, mental, and emotional strengths and weaknesses.”

Clearly this is the psychological operation that has been in the works as far back as the late 1940’s to slowly and gradually they have applied these weapons until all were  in place. Manipulating the masses through avenues of vulnerability. Biological Weapons are like a thief in the night…

Additionally, in the Silent Weapons for Silent Wars document, there are a number of similarities as to what Edward Snowden has allegedly leaked in regards to the NSA and the data collection center in Utah. The document could lead one to believe in the 1940’s it was already being premeditated and  they were going to wiretap everyone, go through people’s garbage, and use the IRS, the census, and OSHA as forms of intimidation.

The document can be viewed as proof  the sovereignty of this nation is absolutely gone and the US is no longer under a constitutional government. International banks and mega corporations posing as a legitimate government are controlling all the legislation in this country.

In the Great American Adventure Secrets of America by Judge Dale, retired, in March 9, 1933, the House Joint Resolution 192-10 by 73rd Congress was voted into law with the Emergency Banking Act and declared  the Treasury of the United States bankrupt –  which is impossible considering the Treasury was secretly closed by Congress 12 years prior in 1921. It was then all Sovereign American Citizens were falsely expatriated from their Sovereign American status (without knowledge and consent) residing within the Republic of the States.

According to the Great American Adventure Secrets of America document, “their labor, souls, children, property, sweat equity and credit became the financial collateral for the public debt, which had then been  converted into a Public Trust, which had been scripted after the ancient Roman Trusts.”

” The Emergency Banking Act succeeded in abrogating America’s gold standard and hypothecated all property found within the United States to the Board of  Governors of the Federal Reserve Bank.”

The theft was ingenious and the People fell into a trance and demanded the government fix everything at whatever costs… which,  turns out to be playing out on the stage before our very eyes in today’s times.

We are now considered ‘enemies of the State’ and in another transcribed document  titled, NWO PLANS EXPOSED BY INSIDER in 1969,  it outlines the complete destruction of the world based on the ‘New World  System’ recorded in 1988 and are the recollections of Dr. Lawrence Dunegan regarding a lecture he attended on March 20, 1969 at a meeting of Paediatricians. At the time, Dunegan was a student of Dr. Richard Day, who was a professor of Paediatrics the University of Pittsburgh and Mount Sinai Medical School in NY. Day was also the medical director of Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

In the document, it lays out many of the silent weapons and mass destruction of humanity including, but not limited to the following:

  • Population Control (China Model)
  • Women will have to get permission to have babies, redirecting the purpose of sex and becomes a tool for the New World government, while encourage homosexuality.
  • Families will diminish and the goal to break up the family structure
  • Euthanasia and the ‘demise pill” to the elderly and the plan to diminish vitality and the sense of purpose under the disguise of ‘celebration’
  • Limited access to affordable healthcare (this was 1969 but is happening now)
  • The planning and control of all medications and elimination of private doctors. Many diseases will not be treated and the suppression of cancer cures.

  • Using education as a tool to excel puberty and evolution.
  • Tax-funded abortions
  • Restructuring of Education as an indoctrination. More time in school but the children will not learn any more. According to the Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars document, ”

The International Common Core Curriculum has very disturbing aspects and ties into the Bill Gates Foundation as the instillation of Wi-Fi technology arrives in the public school systems – aka indoctrination centers. According to Davares, this Wi-Fi technology is “sentencing an  57% of our children to some sort of birth defects forever.” Books would just disappear from the library and removal of information from the libraries.
